Attorney David M. Nudel

David M. Nudel is an associate attorney with Gelber Law Group, P.A. David focuses his practice on first-party insurance litigation.

David was born and raised in South Florida. He attended the University of Florida, earning his bachelor’s degree in finance, graduating with honors in 2012. After spending two years as a property manager, he attended Nova Southeastern University, where he earned his Juris Doctor, graduating with honors in 2017. David served as Student Bar Association President in his final year at NSU. 

David is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts. David is also licensed to practice law in New York and in the Federal District Court for the District of Colorado. 

David prides himself on treating each of his clients’ cases with the utmost care and attention to detail. He enjoys being able to advise his clients on their best legal strategy for their specific legal situation. He understands that every case is different and uses his many years of legal experience to get the best possible result for his clients.

In his spare time, David enjoys going to the beach, watching/playing sports, spending time with his friends & family, hanging with his rescue dog, Coco, practicing Yoga, and singing Karaoke.
